For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Identifying data is collected to manage access and use of the ethical channel and regulatory compliance software demonstration environment. The data collected will be kept for the time necessary to manage the trial service, unless the law provides otherwise. No automated individual decisions will be made, nor will profiles be created.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

We process your personal data based on the consent of the data subject to respond to your request and allow access to the environment. Failure to provide your data would make it impossible to use the requested demonstration.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except to technology and web hosting service providers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) strictly necessary for the operation of the platform, or due to legal obligations.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
